Buckwheat graham crackers (GF, vegan)
We stayed with good friends, had good food (oh my god, the pastries!), seen nice places and had good talks.
It took me about a week and a half to come out of the holiday mode, just to come back to my routine, which is well, doing nothing really.
Housewives need holidays too, don't they?
2 cup oat flour1/2tsp salt
2tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 cup agave syrup
1/2cup coconut oil, melted if needed / 90g butter if you don't want the recipe dairy free
65g walnuts, chopped*
*the raisins and the walnuts are optional. I made both versions and like with the nuts and raisins more.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the molasses, agave and coconut oil/butter. Slowly add water till the dough forms into a cookie dough.
Between two baking papers roll the dough and cut it to a square (see second photo). Prick the dough with a fork.
Bake for 11 minutes and remove straight away to a cooling rack.
