Strawberry "yogurt" (GF, vegan)
Do you think we need winter to appreciate the spring? Do we need the dark cold days to appreciate the light and warmness of spring? Because I am pretty sure I could do without winter, but I don't want to start taking spring for granted, you know?
There would be world peace, cure to all illnesses and no hunger anymore in the world if it was spring all year round.
I am sure of it.
3tbsp coconut oil
juice from half a lemon
210g strawberries, after chopping the green tops
15-20g agave syrup*
*you might need to add more agave syrup if your strawberries are not super sweet.
Drain the water and put the nuts together with all other ingredients in a food processor. Mix till the mixture is smooth. Divide into small dishes and let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.
