Date balls (GF, vegan)
All refined sugar out of the house. Check.
Deep breaths. Check.
Ingredients (makes approx. 14):
170g dates, chopped
40g desiccated coconut
30g sunflower seeds
2tsp honey or agave syrup if you want it vegan
30g sesame, roasted
Shape into small balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
*If it is warm outside it's better to keep the balls refrigerated or the poor fellas get "tired".
